Well, there's a Metro spoiler that reads Coronation Street spoilers: Heartbreak in store as Billy breaks up with Todd?

But more often than not when there's a question mark it's untrue. 
 

Metro are now releasing Coronation Street spoilers at 7am on Tuesday mornings. And this week there's a small spoiler about Todd, mainly concerning an Adam storyline

Looks like the scam with Phelan is coming to a head 

New Tilly clip - makes it official, the drought is over guys.

Uneality TV have uploaded a very small clip for Tilly next Thursday - 14th November. 

It's only a small clip, but you can find it amongst the other spoilers for next week (w/c 14th November) here
 

Digital Spy have released an article which hints at two new characters, who have an interaction with Billy!

Hmmmm.....who could these strangers be? And what does their storyline have to do with Billy?
